Step 2 - Staging Your Home
As an ASP™ (Accredited Staging Professional), we know what it takes to sell a home and we make sure all of our homes are staged as if they were a model home. We will also guide you on how to prepare your home so that your home shows better than all the rest.

Our custom signs have our contact information on them so that potential buyers can reach us immediately...any time of the day, any day of the week. We also use signs to guide customers to our website. Step 8 - Custom Property Brochures
We produce high quality, full bleed & color, brochures which will be displayed inside your home, at our branch office (as well as the branch office nearest your home) and will be distributed to our sales associates during our weekly sales meeting.

Step 9 - Multi-Media & Direct Mail Advertising
Being able to sell a home effectively depends on your Realtor's willingness to spend money advertising your property. When comparing Realtors, make sure you see samples of the advertising they've done for their listings. Any good Realtor keeps a portfolio to "show off" their marketing skills. We bring our portfolio to every listing appointment! Being a part of the "Rock" even allows us exposure from Prudential's national ad campaigns. Because of this, we receive exposure from: CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, Wall Street Journal, Unique Homes, Prudential.com, Fine Homes International, Robb Report Collection, Yahoo.com & Prudential's local "Valley of the Sun Buyer's Guide.

Step 10 - Marketing to Other Realtors

Having PruAZ Realtor's hold our listings open, on occasions, is a great way to get them excited & knowledgeable about your property.
Prudential's National Relocation Program (soon to come)
We are part of Prudential's relocation team & therefore our listings will also be offered to other relocation Realtors.
Co-Broke (Commission)
We ALWAYS offer 3% (or more) commission to the Buyer's Agent! Anything less than this could effect your number of showings!!!!!!
Title Company & Lender
We have formed a strong working partnership with our Title company & our Lender. And by doing such, they refer clients to us & recommend our website to their sister franchises. By doing this they help market us to out of state Realtors (many of which are not in Arizona and therefore do not have access to Arizona's MLS).

Step 11 - Open Houses
To maximize the traffic through our listings, we hold open houses throughout the listing period. If your home gets good traffic, we (or a fellow Realtor) will hold open houses quite often. All open houses are displayed on Pruaz.com, MLS, Realtor.com & our personal website.

Step 12 - Updates & Feedback
We know how important communication is in a Real Estate transaction and we pride ourselves on keeping our clients informed of their property showings and current market conditions throughout the listing period. We even set up an on-going custom search for you of homes listed in your neighborhood or area, so that you can see new listings, price changes, contracts pending or homes that just sold, because these homes are your direct competition. We do this so that you are ALWAYS aware of where your house compares to the rest. We also provide you with a marketing plan and timeline so that everything we do (and when) is spelled out in black and white.
